FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Gannett Peak Partners announces two new transactions

Edina, MN (May 28, 2011) – Gannett Peak Partners (GPP) today announced two new lease transactions with Eagan based AllRegs and Bloomington based Heroic Productions.

AllRegs, a leading information provider for the mortgage industry, and past client of GPP, required a space upgrade. GPP negotiated a seven year lease for approximately 4,500 square feet in Eagan Woods Corporate Center – a class “A” office building located in Eagan.

“It’s always a good sign when existing clients what to continue work with you. AllRegs is growing and we’ve been able to support this growth with a focused consulting approach to their real estate needs.” said Phil Kluesner, Managing Partner of GPP.

In a second transaction, Heroic Productions, a leader in the event production industry, needed additional space within 18 months of renewing its 12,000 square-foot lease. GPP worked with Heroic to expand them into an additional 4,500 square feet.

“This expansion was a challenge to negotiate due to a change in ownership of the building and challenges associated with the expansion itself.” said Kluesner.

Jon M. Young, President & CEO of Heroic Productions stated “With growth comes need for more space. Once again, we leaned on good advice and counsel from GPP. Collectively GPP brought much-needed experience to this process and helped negotiate a “win-win” financial agreement.”
