GPP grows with two new clients to its existing client base and a new hire.
Tenant representation firm Gannett Peak Partners (GPP) continued its growth by adding Bock and Associates and Gibbco to its client base and completed three new transactions. In addition GPP will be adding Taylor Wiebler to its team of commercial real estate advisors. Taylor, a tournament pond hockey player operated and then sold Wiebler Business Forms after obtaining his undergrad degree from the University of Minnesota.
"Were thrilled to increase or client base with firms like Bock and Gibbco. These two companies represent the essence of our market base – medium to large growth oriented companies based in the Twin Cities.” While the economy inches towards recovery after two challenging years we don’t believe equilibrium within the commercial real estate industry will occur until first quarter 2012. High unemployment plagues the office market and just-in-time manufacturing has kept inventories low” – says Philip J. Kluesner, Managing Partner of Gannett Peak Partners.
GPP recently finalized lease transactions for these three clients in the Twin Cities:
Boyum & Barenscheer PLLP, an accounting and professional advisor firm worked with GPP to secure a ten year lease at Metro Office Park in Bloomington.
Behavior Health Services (BHSI), a behavior health counseling center BHSI is a repeat client of GPP. BHSI worked with Phil Kluesner to relocate into larger offices in Bloomington. This is GPP’s fourth transaction with BHSI.
EOS, provides comprehensive business management systems to individuals. EOS secured space through Chris Keppel of GPP in Park Place West in Wayzata.
About Gannett Peak Partners
GPP has over 42 years of combined experience representing clients in over 800 transactions in Minnesota. We specialize in representing tenants and buyers with their commercial real estate needs for companies in Minneapolis, St. Paul and other Twin Cities metropolitan locations. We differ from traditional commercial real estate firms because we avoid conflicts of interest by not listing buildings for lease or sale. When so much is at stake financially a tenant/buyer should never have one individual representing two parties.
