Edina, MN (1/31/12) – Gannett Peak Partners (GPP) today announced the conclusion of two significant tenant representation assignments in Eagan, MN.
Cort Business Services (based in Chantilly, VA) is a Berkshire Hathaway Company and the world’s largest provider of rental furniture. Philip J. Kluesner, Managing Partner of GPP, worked with Cort to renew its Minnesota warehouse distribution lease of 33,000 square feet for 5 years while providing needed tenant improvements. CORT has been a GPP client for over 7 years.
API Outsourcing (based in Eagan, MN) is a leading business process outsourcing provider in finance and accounting outsourcing. GPP Senior Vice President Darrin Dufresne worked with them to renew their 9,055 square foot lease in Waters Business Park V. API Darrin negotiated a 5-year lease extension while reducing the overall occupancy cost for API.
